Welcome to Honey Laundry! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile applications (Customer App and Merchant App) and our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Honey Laundry” refers to our company, mobile applications, and website.
  • “Customer” refers to an individual using the Customer App to book laundry services or self-service machines.
  • “Laundry Partner” includes owners, employees, or representatives of a laundry business using the Merchant App to manage orders and services.
  • “Services” refer to all functionalities provided through our platform, including laundry bookings, payments, and delivery services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Customer Accounts

  • Customers can create an account directly through the Customer App.
  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

2.2 Laundry Partner Accounts

  • Laundry Partners cannot register directly through the app.
  • Laundry business owners must contact Honey Laundry to request an account.
  • After verification, a registered Laundry Partner can log in through the Merchant App.
  • Each laundry business is responsible for managing employee access and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Customers can schedule a laundry service or book a self-service machine via the app.
  • Service fees vary depending on laundry type, weight, and additional options (e.g., pickup & delivery).
  • Payments must be completed through the available payment methods in the app.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled according to the cancellation policy stated in the app.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our refund policy.

4. Pickup & Delivery Services

  • If a customer selects pickup & delivery, they must provide a valid address and ensure availability during the scheduled time.
  • Laundry Partners are responsible for timely pickup and delivery of orders.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate laundry details and ensure items do not contain prohibited materials (e.g., hazardous chemicals).
  • Customers are responsible for receiving their laundry on time if using the pickup & delivery service.

5.2 Laundry Partner Responsibilities

  • Laundry Partners must ensure that all services meet professional standards.
  • Orders must be handled carefully, and customers should be informed of any unexpected issues (e.g., delays, damages).
  • Employees must not misuse customer information.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Honey Laundry acts as a platform connecting Customers and Laundry Partners. We do not directly provide laundry services.
  • We are not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by Laundry Partners.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect user data.
  • We do not share user data with third parties except as necessary for service operations.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
